How do I market myself to college track programs?

Send a letter of interest in the sophomore or junior years.
The letter should include academic credentials and an athletic resume.
Coaches will want to know a student's best times at different distances as well as performances in competitive meets.
Video tape is of no use.
Attached are suggested recruiting guidelines from a high caliber Division I program.
